The muscles of the first study are very well formed. The curves of the triceps of the right arm are successfully drawn and describe the structure. Additionally, the muscles under the right arm and the direction of the muscles of the chest, give an impression of depth. However, the left arm is not formed properly, because of the elbow. Even though the lower left leg is too thin, the foreshortening of the upper part is efficient enough, as the curves create an essence of depth.
The muscles of the left arm of the second study are described more successfully, thanks to the curves formation. The upper part of the left leg is longer and the lower part too thin.
The lines for the shoulder direction are not appropriate because they are curved. The direction of the line for the spine is not upright enough. The lines for the waist is more efficient, but the one for the bottom of the spine is not parallel to the former.
